I have started making it a priority that every Sunday I treat my skin to a face mask. I am nearly 30 (which shocks me every time I say it out loud) so my skin is changing.
I need to look after my skin and make sure I am giving it some TLC. Over the last few weeks I’ve tried a few different face masks .
This week I’m trying The Body Shop’s Matcha Tea mask, which was very kindly given to me to try out at Thursday nights blogger event at the Belfast store. The Matcha mask is flying off the shelves at the minute, vlogger Zoella mentioned on her Instagram that she is a big fan of this mask.
Matcha Tea from Japan, known for antioxidant properties for healthier looking skin.
Dandelion extract from France, know for its ability to reduce the negative effects of the environment on the skin.
Community Trade organic Aloe Vera from Mexico, gentle, calming and soothing on the skin.
It is also 100% vegan and cruelty free.
Here are a few clips of my insta stories from today, chatting about my first impressions of the Matcha Mask.
I was so impressed with the results of this mask. My skin felt super clean, refreshed it was instantly brighter.I have a few break outs at the minute, the mask felt soothing on those areas and didn’t irritate my spots. I also love the fact it isn’t messy to apply or remove.
